Love Live! School Idol Project

Love Live! School Idol Project is a massively popular title in both Japan and the west, and tells the story of a group of school girls who become idols in order to save their school from shutting down. Learning that school idols are popular, Honoka Kosaka and her friends start up a school idol group called μ's in order to attract new students. Once they successfully prevent Otonokizaka Academy from closing, the girls aim for higher grounds and participate in 'Love Live', the ultimate school idol competition featuring the best groups in the country.
The story is a rollercoaster of songs, emotions, fun, heartbreak, and has spawned anime, manga and games.
Maki herself is one of the members of μ's and is quite stubborn, withdrawn and has a hard time showing her real feelings. She is also the composer and pianist of the group, all of which drew me to her.
This cosplay debuted at Katsucon 2015 - the groups of all Maki's are from (on red bridge) Anime Next 2015 and (in front of fountains) at Katsucon 2015.
